These terms apply to orders placed with StashKart, a brand of Tailgrab Digital LLP (LLPIN ABC-8884), No. 432, 13th Main, 3rd Cross, 3rd Block Koramangala, Bangalore, Karnataka, India – 560034. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders & quotes

• Orders are placed through WhatsApp. Prices shown on the website are indicative base prices per piece; the final quote depends on product, printing method, and quantity.
• We share a design mockup for your approval before production. Production begins only after you approve the mockup and complete payment.
• A GST invoice is available on request for corporate orders.

Payment

Payment is collected in advance via UPI or bank transfer, as shared on WhatsApp after quote approval. We do not collect or store card details.

Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 4–5 working days of design confirmation and payment, and delivered across India by third-party couriers with tracking shared on WhatsApp. Delivery estimates are made in good faith but courier delays can occur and are outside our control.

Returns & replacements

• Every product is custom-made for you, so orders cannot be cancelled after production starts, and items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of change of mind, size selection, or design choices you approved.
• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved mockup, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
• Minor variations in colour between screen previews and printed products are inherent to printing and are not considered defects.

Your designs

• By submitting artwork, text, images, or ideas for printing, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they don't infringe anyone's intellectual property or contain unlawful content. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
• Artwork created by our design team remains ours until the order is paid for, after which you may use it on the products supplied. We may decline orders containing content we consider infringing or objectionable.
• We may photograph completed orders for our website and social media. Tell us if you'd prefer we don't.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
